Returns and refunds

At Melian Vintage, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition and for your shopping experience to be as simple as possible.

Our products are made on demand, so each order is specifically prepared when the purchase is made.

Before placing your order

We recommend that you carefully review:

  • The product model.
  • The color.
  • The size or dimensions.
  • The quantity.
  • The delivery address.

You can check the size guide available for each product before making your purchase.

Once an order is placed, products may begin their production process, so cancellation options may be limited depending on the status of the order.

Right of withdrawal

Where legally applicable, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must unequivocally communicate your decision to us within said period.

Once the decision has been communicated, you must return the product within the following 14 calendar days, unless otherwise legally provided.

The product must be returned in a condition suitable for return, taking into account the nature of the item and the legally applicable conditions.

Return costs

Unless the product has a defect, a manufacturing error, or a lack of conformity that is the responsibility of Melian Vintage, the direct costs of the return derived from exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by the customer, provided they have been informed of this in advance.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transport, or different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases, we will study the incident and, where appropriate, offer a solution in accordance with applicable regulations, which may include product replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.

We recommend sending us photographs of the product and the packaging so that we can verify the incident and resolve the issue more quickly.

Errors in size, model, color, or quantity

Before completing your order, please carefully review the selected features.

If the customer incorrectly selects a different size, color, model, or quantity than desired, the situation will be handled in accordance with the rights of withdrawal and other legally applicable rights.

For this reason, we recommend checking all order details before making payment.

Customized products

Products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly customized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by applicable legislation.

When a specific product is subject to this exception, you will be informed before finalizing the purchase.

Refunds

When a refund is appropriate, it will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon and always in accordance with applicable regulations.

In cases of withdrawal, the refund of the amounts received will be made within the legally established deadlines. The refund may be withheld until we receive the products or until the customer provides proof of having sent them back, as applicable.
