Shipping and delivery

At Melian Vintage, we work on demand. This means that each product is specifically prepared when you place your order, avoiding the accumulation of large amounts of stock.

Order preparation

Once the order is placed, our products go into production and preparation before being shipped.

The preparation time may vary depending on the product and the production center. Once prepared, the order enters the transport process.

Peninsular Spain

Orders destined for mainland Spain have an estimated transit time of 4 to 7 working days from the time the order has been shipped.

The total time from placing the order to delivery may be longer due to the time required for product production and preparation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to check its status.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Europe

We ship to different countries in Europe.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. In addition to the time required for order production and preparation, international transport may require more time than shipping within mainland Spain.

Where applicable, customs checks or import processes may affect the final delivery time.

The estimated timeframe for your destination will be shown during the checkout process.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process before completing the order.

Shipping is free on orders of €40 or more.

Orders that do not reach this amount will have the shipping cost corresponding to their destination, which will be shown before finalizing the purchase.

Order tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking information at the email address associated with your purchase.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery

Make sure to provide your delivery details correctly when placing your order, especially your name, address, postal code, city, and phone number when necessary.

Delays or incidents caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer may affect the delivery of the order.

Orders with multiple products

When an order contains different products, they may have different production or preparation times.

Under certain circumstances, the same order may be shipped in more than one package or arrive at different times.

On-demand production

All of our products are manufactured on demand. This means that each item enters production when an order is placed.

This system allows us to work with a wide collection without the need to maintain large amounts of stock and to produce only the items that are requested.

For this reason, we recommend that you carefully review the product, model, color, size, and quantity before completing your purchase.
