Terms and conditions of service
These terms regulate the access and use of the Melian Vintage online store, as well as the purchase of the products offered through it.
By placing an order in our store, the customer accepts these terms, together with the specific information provided for each product and the policies available on our website.

2. Products
Melian Vintage sells clothing and accessories with our own designs, as well as selected items within different vintage-inspired collections.
Each product includes information regarding its features, price, available variants, materials and, where applicable, a sizing guide and safety information.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to differences in screen and device settings, colors may vary slightly from the physical product.
3. Print-on-demand production
Melian Vintage uses a print-on-demand production model.
This means that products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed, rather than maintaining large amounts of stock.
For the production, preparation, and shipping of certain products, we use specialized suppliers, including Printful.
This system allows us to offer a wide collection and produce items when they are requested.
4. Prices
Product prices are shown in euros (€) and include the taxes applicable to each sale according to the relevant tax configuration.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process, before completing the order.
Currently, shipping is free on orders of €40 or more, in accordance with the shipping terms available in the store.
Melian Vintage reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, or commercial terms. Modifications will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Availability
Products available in the store are subject to the availability of the models and variants offered by our production suppliers.
If, after placing an order, an availability or production issue arises that prevents the order from being completed, we will contact the customer to inform them and offer an appropriate solution.
6. Purchase process
To place an order, the customer must:

Enter the information required for the purchase and delivery.

Select the available shipping method.

Review the order details.

Confirm and make the payment.
Before completing the purchase, we recommend checking the product, model, color, size, quantity, and delivery address in particular.
If an error is detected in the entered data, it must be corrected before confirming the order whenever possible.
7. Order confirmation
Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided during the checkout process.
The confirmation will include information regarding the order and will allow you to keep a record of the transaction.
Receipt of the confirmation verifies that we have received the purchase request. The preparation of the order will begin in accordance with the applicable production status and terms.
8. Modification or cancellation of orders
Because products are manufactured on-demand, production may begin shortly after orders are placed.
For this reason, if you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact Melian Vintage as soon as possible.
The possibility of modification or cancellation will depend on the status of the order and whether production has already commenced.
Nothing in this section limits the legal rights afforded to the consumer.
9. Shipping and delivery
Products are prepared on-demand before being shipped.
For the Spanish mainland, the estimated transit time currently configured is 4 to 7 business days from shipment.
At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Delivery times for other European countries may vary depending on the destination.

10. Returns, withdrawal, and refunds
Returns and refunds will be managed in accordance with applicable legislation and our Returns and refunds policy.
Where legally applicable, the consumer shall have the right of withdrawal within the timeframe established by regulation.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty and conformity rights.
Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized may be subject to legally provided exceptions.
Before sending any return, the customer must contact Melian Vintage to receive the corresponding instructions.
11. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or one different from what was ordered, please contact us.
To facilitate the handling of the incident, we may request photographs of the product, the design, the label, and the packaging.
When the incident is the responsibility of Melian Vintage or our production suppliers, an appropriate solution will be offered in accordance with applicable regulations.
12. Payment methods
The available payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
Payments are processed through the payment service providers available on Shopify.
Melian Vintage does not directly store full credit card details when these are processed by the corresponding payment providers.
13. Intellectual property
The designs, images, texts, logos, graphic elements, and other content published on Melian Vintage are the property of Melian Vintage or are used with the corresponding authorizations.
Their reproduction, distribution, modification, or use for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited where necessary.
14. Use of the store
The user agrees to use the store lawfully and respectfully in accordance with current legislation.
It is not permitted to use the website to carry out fraudulent activities, introduce malicious code, attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization, or perform any other activity that could harm the operation of the store or the rights of third parties.
15. Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy policy.

17. Modification of terms

The terms applicable to a purchase will be those in effect at the time the order is placed.
18. Applicable legislation and consumer rights
These terms shall be governed by applicable Spanish and European legislation.
When the customer holds the status of consumer, they shall retain all rights recognized by consumer and user protection regulations.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit the rights legally afforded to the consumer.
